On November 25, the 2025 China International Coatings Exhibition officially kicked off at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Lingwe (Stock Code: 301373) participated with the theme “Empowering Eco-friendly Coatings, Unlocking Innovative Applications”. The company focused on core demands for low-carbon, environmentally-friendly, and durable solutions, presenting a range of new products and innovative solutions, showcasing its latest achievements in the field of eco-friendly nano-materials.

Eco-friendly and Sustainable: Empowering End-Use Applications with Eco-friendly New Materials
Lingwe has made significant progress in sustainable development, with its core material, nano-silica, offering both environmental and functional advantages. The company showcased products such as HOMSIL® matting silica, HOMAC® silica anti-corrosion pigment, and HOMSOL® silica sol. These products are not only compatible with traditional coatings and inks but are also applicable to emerging fields such as 3D printing filaments, robotic component coatings, and self-cleaning coatings for photovoltaic panels, providing multiple performance benefits like matting, anti-settling, scratch resistance, and enhanced tactile feel.
This year, the spotlight was also on POLYCOAT™ Waterborne Epoxy Resin and curing agents. Featuring a unique emulsifier structure design, this product reduces VOC emissions while maintaining small emulsion particle size, offering an ideal solution for coating companies that balance low-carbon environmental friendliness with long-lasting anti-corrosion properties. In the field of energy-saving coatings, POLYCOAT™ serves as an excellent substrate for radiation cooling coatings, providing superior rust and corrosion resistance. The radiation cooling coatings made from POLYCOAT™ are widely applied in building exterior walls, photovoltaic modules, and energy storage cabinets, forming highly efficient thermal insulation and temperature control layers to support industrial and building energy efficiency.

Mr. Song dundun, Head of the Technology Center at Lingwe, stated:"As a supplier of functional materials, we have established joint research and technical collaboration with globally renowned coating companies such as Sherwin-Williams, Nippon Paint, AkzoNobel, and Megachem. This collaborative model enables Lingwe ’s products to precisely align with downstream customers and end-market demands, creating greater value for our customers."
Digital Transformation: Practicing the Path of High-Quality Development
As a practitioner of new productive forces, Lingwe is reshaping the R&D and production model of the raw materials industry through digitalization and intelligence, solidifying its advantage in smart manufacturing. The company has established digital smart factory benchmarks at its Ma'anshan and Changsha Lengshuijiang SAA bases, introducing systems such as PLM, MES, DCS, EDM, and WMS to achieve end-to-end visibility and standardized control in R&D, production, quality inspection, and supply chain processes.
Mr. Song Dundun explained that through industrial internet technologies, the company has achieved real-time monitoring and intelligent scheduling of production data. "This not only significantly improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption, but also effectively shortens the product pilot cycle," he said. "Currently, the overall performance of our products has reached an internationally advanced level." Additionally, the photovoltaic power generation system built at the Ma'anshan base can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 920 tons per year, providing solid support for the implementation of new productive forces through a "low-carbon production + intelligent management" operational system.
Looking to the Future: Continuous Innovation to Drive Industry Development
Lingwe will continue to increase its investment in eco-friendly materials, industry chain collaboration, and digital construction. Currently, the company’s R&D investment accounts for more than 5% of its revenue and is growing year by year, further consolidating its technological leadership in the field of nano-silica.
Through eco-friendly innovation and intelligent transformation, Lingwe is helping the industry move towards a more environmentally friendly and efficient direction, injecting new momentum into China’s shift from "Made in China" to "Created in China."
